A residential project that blends architecture with the landscape
Celle Ligure, in the heart of the Ligurian Riviera, is the location of the Enjoy residential complex, a project by the Destefanis-Persico architecture firm that combines contemporary architecture, high-quality construction and a profound respect for the surrounding landscape. The project is located in an expanding residential area that maintains a strong bond with the green setting and natural context, but with a clear innovative drive.
The project’s bold lines, light-filled spaces and meticulously chosen materials define its elegant yet practical character. In this context, Laminam’s contribution is decisive in achieving the right balance of style and performance, emphasising the facades and architectural features with extremely durable surfaces of great visual impact.

A coordinated, distinctive aesthetic with Laminam
The heart of the project’s material personality, the Laminam surfaces were chosen for their versatility and their wide range of finishes, which dialogue attractively with the environment.
Laminam slabs were actually used in four different thicknesses — 3+, 5+, 12+ and 20+ — demonstrating their versatility and smart applicational potential. Each surface was selected on the basis of the specific performance requirements and context to optimise use of materials and resources.
The association of multiple colours and thicknesses reflects the impressive efficiency of the “Laminam Effect”, meaning the capability to clad every type of surface with elegance, creating visual continuity and harmonisation of materials in every location. The combined use of different slabs united by the same aesthetic spirit provides architects and designers with infinite creative potential, for the realisation of stylish, coordinated spaces with a shared language.
The Laminam ceramic collections
Laminam collections Fokos (Terra colour) and Collection (Neve colour) were used to clad the external facade, helping to define an architectural language that achieves sophistication in exquisite taste. Inspired by natural materials like stone and sand, the Fokos collection gives the buildings a soft, tactile look, perfectly attuned to the Ligurian landscape. Alongside them, the more neutral, uniform colouring of the slabs from the Collection series generates an elegant, contemporary contrast.
Fokos was also used for the construction of the stairs and windowsills. The edges of the terrace, on the other hand, were finished with the Calce collection in Bianco colour, with a more urban, modern personality that emphasises volumes and gives greater definition to the open spaces.
Technical performance that lasts over time
The choice of Laminam surfaces was not only made on the basis of appearance but was also strongly influenced by the slabs’ technical performance in outdoor locations. In fact, thanks to their state-of-the-art production process and the quality of the materials used, Laminam slabs provide resistance to thermal shocks, damp, UV radiation and wear. This makes them ideal for cladding facades exposed to the weather, as they maintain their appearance and their structural characteristics over time. What’s more, the slabs’ lightweight yet sturdy structure permits secure, durable installation and minimises maintenance. Easy cleaning and excellent resistance to stains and scratches complete the profile of this leading-edge material able to meet the demands of the contemporary construction sector.
Thanks in part to Laminam and its materials, the Enjoy project is a successful example of sustainable residential architecture, where every detail is designed to last over time and to deliver a high-quality home living experience.
