Laminam surfaces are manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies, combining reduced thickness with large dimensions without neglecting environmental friendliness: natural raw materials, sustainable technology and entirely recyclable products are the cornerstones of Laminam’s green philosophy.

Laminam was the first ceramic producer to make slabs with a thickness of less than 4 mm. Let’s clarify the various Laminam thickness versions and sizes.

Laminam 3+ = Nominal thickness: 3.5 mm (1/8”)
Laminam 5 = Nominal thickness: 5.6 mm (¼”)
Laminam 5+ = Nominal thickness: 6 mm (¼”)
Laminam 12+ = Nominal thickness: 12.5 mm (½”)
Laminam 20+ = Nominal thickness: 20.5 mm (¾”)

Laminam N+ thickness versions concern sizes consisting of a base slab which is structurally reinforced with a fibreglass mat applied to the back of the slab with dedicated adhesive.

Full Sizes refer to the slab straight after firing, in other words rectified, to allow manufacturers maximum usage of the size.
