Private Villa, Rimini

The elegance of Laminam Travertino for a timeless design

In the heart of Rimini, on Italy’s Adriatic coast, the private villa designed by the archiLab architectural practice represents the perfect fusion of contemporary design and the unmistakable qualities of Laminam ceramic slabs. Completed in 2025, this private residence represents an example of how Laminam surfaces can elevate the aesthetics and functionality of any environment, creating a modern atmosphere of refined luxury and comfort. The choice of prestigious materials and the versatility of application of ceramics have allowed the creation of harmonious spaces, where natural beauty combines with technical durability.

The Laminam Hado collection, a sophisticated contemporary revisitation of a prized variant of Italian travertine, takes the main role in the kitchen, in the sophisticated Travertino Bianco Bush-Hammered color, establishing a harmonious dialog with the natural wood floors in the living area, and the light from the glass separating partition.

The surface is used for the dining table – a furnishing feature of great visual impact; the kitchen countertop; the backsplash; and the large peninsula countertop, guaranteeing strength, functionality and ease of cleaning; as well as for the flooring of the food preparation area. Hado by Laminam was also chosen for the vertical partition shared with the living room, providing continuity to the areas: in this convivial, modern space, Travertino Bianco Bush-Hammered is used as a decorative element, installed on the fitted wall and the wall with recessed shelf, in a perfect interplay of volumes and geometries which sets up a dialog between wood, natural ceramics, warm light and prestigious fabrics.

The Hado collection was also chosen for the cladding of the external facade, this time Travertino Beige Bush-Hammered, a material with a harmonious and profound allure, sediment of thousand-year-old emotions that have resurfaced, in harmony with the surrounding landscape.

Finally, for the walls of one of the bathrooms, the choice fell on the vibrant Verde Alpi Polished from the lean and elegant I Naturali collection, which is able to provide the bathroom with some depth, creating modern and refined spaces inspired by nature.

Laminam surfaces: the perfect balance of versatility and aesthetics for prestigious residential projects

This private villa in Rimini stands as a manifesto to the extraordinary versatility of application of Laminam’s ceramic surfaces, confirming itself as the solution of choice for prestigious residential architecture. Laminam’s ceramic slabs offer a perfect balance of aesthetics and performance: their intrinsic resistance to scratches, high temperatures, impacts, and general day-to-day use make them the undisputed star of high-traffic surfaces such as kitchen countertops or indoor flooring, where durability is an essential condition of the design. The use of Laminam surfaces for the external facade, a choice which highlights the product’s extraordinary resilience to UV radiation and the elements, ensures that the beauty of Hado Travertino Beige Bush-Hammered will be unaffected by the passage of time.

In addition to their excellent performance, Laminam’s products are also highly sustainable. The use of natural raw materials, combined with cutting-edge production technologies and total recyclability, makes Laminam’s Italian-made ceramic surfaces an intrinsically ecological and responsible choice, in keeping with modern requirements for environmentally conscious construction.
